The studio apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING AREA with a gas stove (four burners), refrigerator, electric kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils;

- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed, sofa bed, dresser, wardrobe, and 30-inch smart TV (NO antenna);

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pumps (1 split unit), clothesline, and hair dryer.

Bedding and towels are provided.

Cribs and high chairs are available upon request.

The apartment is entirely at the guests’ disposal.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax (4% of the cost of the stay, up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night, for up to 7 consecutive nights).

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating may be used and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Syracuse Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve the keys and gain access to the apartment.

Keys can be picked up free of charge via the on-site keybox.

In case of problems, telephone assistance is available until 10:00 PM.



If you would prefer to have a member of our staff deliver the keys to the apartment, this is possible upon request for an additional fee as follows:

- From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM: 15.00 euros;

- From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: 25.00 euros.



The historic Graziella neighborhood, where the apartment is located, has retained all of its unique features and the character of Ortigia, making it a unique and enchanting place, just a stone’s throw from the sea.

On the island, connected to the mainland by the Umbertino Bridge, a stroll through the streets allows you to admire centuries of history, splendid palaces, and lively trattorias and cafés. You can visit Maniace Castle, the Aretusa Fountain, the ancient Temple of Apollo, and—an absolute must-see—Piazza del Duomo, one of the most spectacular squares in all of Sicily.

The Ortigia farmers’ market, located right behind the apartment, makes this neighborhood one of the most distinctive and authentic on the island.
