' Terrible stay. Upon arrival we had to wait to check in. No greeting, no explanation, just a key handed over by an unfriendly receptionist. Absolutely no sense of hospitality. The room was far from clean: stained bedding, mold in the bathroom, and a damaged wall. The phone didn’t even work, which meant I had to go to reception in the middle of the night when my friend became sick. 'AVOID! On arrival we got our keys from the keylock which was a simple process. When entering the apartment it completely stunk of cigs and w - as if people had been in there for days smoking. Even aside from the foul smell the place is very run down, lots of marks and stains on the walls etc. The glass hob surface had a large chip/crack on it which you could easily cut yourself of. 'Such a weird place. The bathroom must of had 6 bars in it. One of which was just under the shower head, meaning your body was either against the cold metal bar or the curtain stuck to you. There was a sign in the room stating that you needed to close the bathroom door while showering or you would set off the fire alarm with steam. Glad this was a one night experience.'
