'Check in process is beyond inconvenient. Never had a worse experience. If you want people to check in online then let them know ahead of time. I'm juggling luggage on the street trying to check in with your phone staff. Filling online forms, scanning ID etc just to open the hotel entrance door. That is the first and last time for me.'

'The flat was clean and exactly in the right area with easy access to the centre of Sydney. There was an abundance of good restaurants in the surrounding streets and also a supermarket with-in walking distance. The bakery around the corner was fantastic. All in all a great stay. The only criticsm was that it is an older property and is split level and has a number of stairs which although not a problem for us might before the the less able.'

'Stayed 9 nights here. Great, safe, clean, convenient location. Charming property. A couple things to note: the bathroom is very tight and there is nowhere to put toiletries, so bring hooks/suction cups to hang toiletries bag, and the mini fridge freezer does not get cold enough to make ice, just so you know. The fan is loud but helps to drown out (minor) street noise (and snoring...lol...). Would recommend. '
