The customer service is very poor. We arrived to Sydney on a day with 38C, switched on aircon and went to see Sydney Harbour. After coming back to the apartment, the apartment was hot, basically air conditioning did not work. I have reported the issue to the appartmets office and since that night, no one contacted with me.It was me contacting the office, I was adviced that they have contacted air conditioning company, but it's busy time. Sydney is aways busy, this is not excuse. The apartment manager advised me via WhatsApp that I'll be updated, but I had to send email and messages. We were staying 4 nights and no one came to talk to us or to see how warm it's in the apartment. Very poor customer service.
