This Cozy and Modern studio apartment comes with an open plan living design with a separate Mini kitchen and a spacious bathroom with bathtub. This modern studio comes fully furnished with one king size bed and side tables, TV, built in wardrobe, kitchenette with a mini fridge, electric kettle, toaster and a microwave. It’s fully carpeted with air-conditioning for cooling and heating. This studio apartment contains a spacious terrace which offers our guests fresh air and allows natural light to fill in the entire space.

No parking: Please note that this apartment does not have parking facilities available, but there are are several parking options nearby, including public car parks and street parking.

NO PARTIES: Please note that we have a strict no party, no events policy at the accommodation. We would appreciate that our guests can respect out building and neighbors. Any breach of this rule will unfortunately result in an eviction and a penalty fee will apply.

Check-in and Check-out: Please note that our Check in time is 3PM and our Check out time is 10AM. Early Check in and late Check out may be granted if the option is available. We are unable to confirm this information until one day prior to your check in and check out date.

Luggage storage: Please note that our property currently doesn’t provide options to keep unattended luggage due to security reasons. It’s your responsibility to ensure the safety of your luggage.

No pets: Please note that this apartment has a strict no pet policy. This is to abide to our building’s regulation as it doesn’t allow pets to stay.

Check-in: Please note that this property uses a self-check-in procedure. We will forward you the check-in information one day before your arrival date.
