'The room was tidy and clean, we were welcomed by the staff who made sure we had our keys left for us with security, after the reception closed, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t make the use of the kitchen in the end, but it had all the usual amenities. Generally a pleasant stay, the room we booked had a foldable sofa bed, which was firm, but not at all uncomfortable. 'Nice very new property close to the Old Town but around 30min walk from the central station. Single Rooms are nice but on the small side and there is no much free space. The delivered breakfast option was adequate but requires reheating and there is no advertised set delivery time but seemed to come between 7:45 and 8:15. Staff were very helpful. Could have done with more than one pillow being provided.'

'The property has many amenities for long term residents also making it convent for doing laundry and having pastime activities at night. The area is right off the 8 and 9 streetcar lines making it convent to get to the city center. The only pitfall was the confusing check-in process and mergers of staff being very hard to contact. Otherwise, good value for money.'
