'Very nice property and staff and they still provide airport shuttles. Swimming pool and hot tub was very nice.'

'The best part was the young kid working at the attached sports bar. The hotel is dark and grungy. The room needs upgrading- cleaning will no longer do. Staff at reception was hard to understand. The breakfast was cold and not very good. Attention to detail is definitely lacking.'

'Maybe what you expect is relevant to what you pay. Room had desk but no chair. Lazy boy type of chair that we’ll most would not sit in. Some lights worked where others would not. Plus side there was hot water.'

'Very nice and clean hotel. For some reason we were out in a handicap assessable room in the first floor. Room 117. As night approached we noticed there was no shade to pull down to keep the big bright light right outside our room at bay so we could sleep. Which made it almost impossible to sleep cause it was like the dark room had the lights on. At 5:15am, the breakfast crew arrived. And we were the wall right behind them. As they opened each cubbard, drawer, etc it slammed against...

'My son and I each had a room. I did not see the state of my son's room until the next morning. My room: food and giant dust balls under the beds. Thick dust on the AC unit, bathroom vent, lamps. Pee, hair and dirt around the toilet. Crud in the window track. During the night the refrigerator stopped working and the massively iced-over freezer melted all over the floor. I used my towels to soak it up. Son's room: equally dirty. Sock from previous guest on a lightbulb. Missing smoke detector. Hair...

'Unfortunately there was no one on staff for the weekend. That was advertised on the door but not on Expedia nor anywhere on the Aisling's website. It is a long stay place and is in a bit of a rough area. We did not stay so cannot comment on the actual amenities.'

'I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate.'

'The room wasn’t cleaned upon arrival. The toilet was dirty and there were hairs all over the bed. The backside of the building had a broken door and had people from a next door club hanging around staring at people.'
