Villa Slavica is ultimate fun place for your vacation.
Few basic facts on this amaizing place: it is located in charming Adriatic village Sveti Filip i Jakov; villa offers you, and your company, full privacy, with all the benefits of civilization just few steps away from the villa.
House is placed on spacoius parcell of 1000 m2, with an indoor space of 380m2. Villa Slavica can accomodate up to 10 persons , in five bedrooms. Four bedrooms are equipped with double beds, and , one bedroom is equipped with two single beds. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Each bedroom has en suite bathroom , equipped with shower. Besides bathrooms attatched to the bedrooms , there is separate toilette in the house, too.
If you are cooking aficionado, you'll like this one: besides fully equipped kitchen , with dining area , there is even indoor BBQ .
Now the fun part: living room is equipped with pool table , darts and SAT TV and flat screen TV. If you just want to chill , there is comfy sofa- which can be used as extra bed for two persons, or, at out door seating area at balcony which is overlooking village , sea and nearby islands. There is another gaming room in the house; this one contains flat screen TV and PS4. This room is conected with indoor mini gym, and space with ping pong /table tennis table. After all the hard work you can steam off in sauna.
We kept the best for last: outdoor activities. In front of the house is pool, surrounded by lounging chairs, parasols and outdoor shower. Pool is heathed and has countercurrent swimming system. For complete relaxation, next to the pool, there is a jacuzzi.
If you are planing your vacation with your family, good news is there is children playground. If you prefer dining outside, there is also outdoor dining table , in the garden, and outdoor BBQ (though, smaller than indoor BBQ, that was mentioned earlier). Whole property is fenced, so you can count on full privacy.
Free private parking is located behind the house. If wanted , you can even rent bikes at the property.
