The elevated pool area overlooks the entire garden (5600sqm): vineyard, cherry and fig trees, over 60 olive trees, Mediterranean flowers and herbs.

This house is ideal for 4 adults + two children who can sleep on the sofa bed. The house has:

INTERIOR OF THE HOUSE (70sqm)

A comfortable two-bedroom house (bed sizes: 200x180 and 200x160) with a bathroom and a shower and washing machine.

All windows in the house have mosquito nets.

The living room is connected to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen;
-induction hob/ microwave/ dishwasher/oven/ kitchen hood/refrigerator with 3 freezer drawers/blender Nutribulet/small toaster and small mixer/coffee machine Dolce Gusto/kettle,...

There is a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people (with mattress).

The house has a balcony with seating area. In case of rain, you can close the balcony completely with the glass sliding windows (Smoking area is allowed here)

There is one air conditioner in the house, which is enough to cool the entire space. The nights are very comfortable because it's not too hot. Despite the fact that the house is located near the road, it is very quiet, especially at night.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy the large fireplace with a small outdoor fridge/BBQ set and enjoy the beautiful views of the pool and nature.

A hot tub by the pool is the perfect place to swim when the evening comes. Is there a better way to enjoy the Mediterranean night sky and herbs than the warmth and serenity of the outdoor Jacuzzi?

There are 4 deck chairs with covers and 2 umbrellas by the pool.

For children, there is a children's playground with a badminton set, a large trampoline, 2 swings,a slide, and an arch and arrow.

- Free homemade olive oil during your stay (if you want to buy and take home: 1 liter is 18 euros)
- White towels and linens are included in the price (we also have large pool towels, so you don't have to bring them with you).
- 2 parking space.
- We have exterior cameras ( recording the front door and pool area) that will turn off when guests are present (I will show you how to turn in it on and off).
- Pets are allowed. The property is completely fenced (half with a concrete wall and half with a high enough fence)
