You will find a luxurious 9-room villa spanning 450 square meters across three levels, offering comfortable and elegant furnishings. The villa features three double bedrooms, each with its own shower, bidet, WC, and TV (flat screen), complete with air conditioning. The spacious living room leads out to the garden and loggia. Additionally, there is a large living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, bar, and TV (flat screen), providing access to the garden and patio. The main level also includes a kitchen equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine, as well as a bathroom.
