'Great location, lovely helpful staff. Comfortable beds and renovated bathroom with fantastic water pressure. The restaurant/bar at venue was brilliant, highly recommend pork ribs and steak. Large portions, amazing quality and welcoming helpful staff. Will definitely stay again.'

'It’s was nice'

'This is my first one-star review and it is very valid. I have stayed many times at this property and understand its location and proximity to the hospital. I have always found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are your biggest issue. The are lazy and often distracted and the desk is often empty. On my check in day, I called ten times and no answer, I then had Expedia call the property and no answer. I sent an email and no reply. There is no way a guest can check in...

'The dryer didn't work my clothes were wet I didn't have any other clothes I had to wear wet clothes not happy'

'There is no double glazing so bedrooms can be noisy at night if you are not used to traffic'

'Good location, very close to the airport. New, spotless / clean. Great bathroom and bed. A bit noisy though...people walked around until after 12 pm. Great late checkin service'

'Breakfast hrs need to be longer Gambling staff to be more helpful to get you to your room safely and not walking thru car parks late'
