Just a 500m stroll to Sunshine Beach and the village, this stylish two-storey villa is the perfect escape for couples, friends or a small family looking to slow down and enjoy everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Leave the car at home and wander down to the village for your morning coffee, breakfast, lunch or a sunset drink. And when you feel like exploring further, the iconic Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach are just a short drive away.

Bright, airy and beautifully furnished, the villa has been designed for relaxed holiday living. Think open-plan living, beautiful artwork, travertine stone and plenty of glass and doors that open the home up to the Sunshine Beach breeze.
Slide open the doors from the living area and step onto the private entertaining deck. Fire up the BBQ, pour yourself a drink and settle in for an afternoon of doing absolutely nothing. Downstairs, the private plunge pool is yours to enjoy exclusively - perfect for cooling off after the beach or enjoying a quiet dip without leaving home.

The villa comfortably sleeps four guests across two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Master Bedroom features a King Bed, private ensuite and air-conditioning.
Second Bedroom features twin King Single beds which can be converted to a King Bed on request and air-conditioning. A second bathroom services this bedroom.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is fully equipped with everything you need for an easy self-contained stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine.

The villa is set over two levels, so stairs need to be considered for families travelling with small children or toddlers. The second bedroom can be configured as either two King Singles or one King bed. Please let us know your preferred configuration when booking. Please note that the garage and rooftop terrace are not included with this property.

The villa is pet friendly, subject to application and approval. A $130 pet fee applies.
