This bright and inviting space is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, ideal for families or small groups. The living area benefits from natural light streaming through the balcony doors, creating a warm and sunny atmosphere, especially in winter. The unit is thoughtfully furnished for both short and long stays.

Linen Policy:

For bookings made after September 26, 2025: Linen will be supplied, though guests will still need to make the beds upon arrival.

For bookings made prior to September 26, 2025: Guests will need to supply their own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers, and tea towels) or arrange for hire at an additional fee. We can assist with linen hire if needed.



Guest Access:

Guests will have seamless access to the entire 3-bedroom apartment, including the private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and all listed amenities. A single lock-up garage is also available for guest use.



Key collection for your stay is handled via our office in Bulcock Street. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a weekend or public holiday, you will receive the lockbox code on the day of your arrival.



Interaction with Guests:

The host will not be present during your stay but is available remotely to answer any questions or assist with any needs you may have. We aim to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
