« We stayed 4 nights/3days and really enjoyed our time. Location is great for restaurants, walks, and the beach. All service was very nice and with a smile. The apartment was as advertised, also on 25th floor with an amazing view from the balcony. There is construction next door for another two high-rise condos (from an inquiry all pre-sold). There is some noise, but was not a major impact. »

« Overall, we liked the location on Sunny Isles beach, with the beach being across the street, about a 10 minute walk from the property. When we first entered the unit, the A/C unit was leaking all over the floor, and the property manager had it fixed the next day. The kitchen in the unit was nice (although could be stocked with more kitchen essentials like potholders, etc.), but the sitting area was sparse. It really needed a few more chairs or another couch to accommodate a group. The barstools...

Property itself could use a little love and pictures online make property look more fresh and updated then the actual. I’ll say the host is very good at communicating and seems very nice. « The room was basic but clean and suited for a family of 4. Resort was nice easy access to the beach and pools. Beach chairs: first come first serve policy not followed by the beach employees. A lot of favoritism in reserving chairs. It creates unnecessary tensions. Beach was beautiful. »
