« I loved my morning walks along the Columbia river. The hotels location is right next to the river and offers beautiful views. The hotel offered great breakfast options in the morning and was accommodating when we needed a late check out. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. »

« You get what you pay for. Glad I only booked one night. Very nice gal gave me my room and when I walked to it the door was open with 3 guys in the room. One was laying on the bed and told me to come in that they would be leaving shortly. Ugh...no! So I went back down to see if I had been given the wrong room. She apologized and gave me a different room a few doors down from my original room. When I shut my door i noticed there was no lock on the door. Self latch was taken off and no doorknob...

« We appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of our room. The staff were helpful, especially in the kitchen since I have gluten and dairy issues. However, the road noise in our room made it very difficult to relax. »

« Clean room. small item in room needed attention. Staff took my comment seriously and passed onto maintenance. I doubt cleaning staff would have noticed; not on their check list. The staff at other places Ive stayed at acted as if I was just griping about something, when in fact the issue I was pointing out was something i would have taken seriously if it had been in my own home. »
