« Next to the railroad track. No front lobby. Cigarette butts all over. Not a safe neighborhood. »

« I guess it was ok for a truck stop (which we didn't realize before we got there). Floor had duct tape covering one area and another area needed it because it was a tripping hazard. All the counters were chipped. Only outlet in the room next to the counter didn't work. Mirror was deteriorating around the edges. No wash clothes and only a bar of soap for toiletries. No rod to hang clothes. Bed was clean and comfortable. Coffee and hot chocolate machines were free in the store. Room smelled...

« Jade was the best part of the experience. I watched her handle a very disturbingly disrespectful guest with perfect composure, it was really impressive to witness. Rooms were clean but outdated. The cable set up was highly disappointing, but the TV was nice. Close to the water but with everything in the Inn being under construction, makes for a hermit type stay. »

« I was unaware that there was no microwave or any other way to heat or cook food in room. No freezer either. TV kept beffering nonstop on the movie channels. Key kept not working and had to scan 3 times. Overall staff was ok. »

« The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The space was nice, but a more comfortable chair or sofa would have been preferable, especially if I had planned on spending more than one night. The automated room check in, while unexpected, worked ok. However, the key that was issued did not work and I had to go back to the lobby to have a new one issued by the clerk.
