Inside, this modern coastal retreat features a bright open floor plan, coastal-inspired décor, and a chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, elegant tile backsplash, and plenty of space to cook and gather. There is a Keurig coffee maker at this home for you to enjoy your favorite brew.
The living room includes a 55'' smart TV for lazy evenings, where guests can log in to their favorite streaming services and unwind after a day on the water.
The master suite includes a king bed, dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, and private balcony access to take in ocean views and soft morning breezes. The ensuite bath showcases a luxurious spa-style shower with multiple jets for a relaxing retreat. Both guest bedrooms offer queen beds, with one featuring a pull-out twin trundle, and they share a spacious, modern second bathroom.
Downstairs, you'll find a private laundry room with a washer and dryer, a large bait freezer, and a dumbwaiter for added convenience. The elevator makes this home handicap accessible, ensuring comfort and accessibility for every guest.
Boaters will appreciate the expansive 75' seawall, perfect for large vessels (Up to a 42' boat is recommended) and equipped with cleats, mooring whips, and a fish cleaning station. The wide canal allows easy maneuvering, and the oversized driveway accommodates two vehicles plus a boat trailer with ease. This is a 27-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. The renter must be 25 years of age or older, and overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of six people, with all guests registered with the Rental Manager. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. This home is pet friendly, allowing up to two dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per dog. There is one camera under the carport on the right side of the home facing the road. All reservations are subject to final approval by the local Rental Manager. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
