The house is located in the tranquil heath village of Suderburg (UNIVERSITY LOCATION) and has 60 m² of living space on the ground floor, spread over 2 1/2 bright, friendly rooms with two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom/WC.
The house is situated on an enclosed, natural woodland plot with a terrace and garden furniture. In the garden you can enjoy the sun or find shade under old oak trees. The plot is approx. 500 m² in size and is in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Shopping facilities are within walking distance.

The house is about 60 m² in size and consists of the following rooms: A living room with fireplace, flatscreen TV, a bedroom with double bed, and a small room with sofa bed; a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher, as well as a small dining area; a bathroom with bathtub and shower curtain and a washing machine.

Toilet paper, cleaning products and tea towels are provided.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and two garden loungers. The property is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs.

Bicycles, roof racks and similar items can be stored in a shed on our property.
