'Everything was great with the stay. The two opportunities for us were that the breakfast was subpar and the staff wasn't too knowledgeable. We had questions regarding the shuttle busses and parking (it's $18 a day to use their parking garage but we felt like there was a way to get it validated so we didn't have to pay) and the two front desk attendants couldn't answer our questions. So, we ended up paying $36 for the parking and not eating the continental breakfast. Otherwise, super clean and...

'We love visiting Grand Rapids. We reserved a room so our family could enjoy a day at Meijer Garden and another day at the zoo. The young man that checked us in was pleasant and told us about the light dinner and the next day’s breakfast.
He was the highlight of our stay.
The ‘dinner’ fare was passable, but limited choices.
Our room was odd, an interior room with a small window overlooking a hall or narrow atrium, couldn’t figure it out. The dark colors of the room gave it a cell sort of vibe....

'We have stayed here for two days on a business trip. The room was okay sized, clean and with comfortable beds. Enough service and good location to main roads! The neighborhood is bit shabby, but we just needed a clean bed for the night and that they offered. The only thing we didn't like and which is causing our "okay" rate, is the fact windows couldn't open at all! It left the room in a bit of a molled/dusty smell when entering the room and it took some time to get used to it everytime we...
