'The room was clean. Old fashioned but nostalgic! The lake level is down, so the view at this time is not the greatest. We enjoyed out stay here very much! There is a walkway on the outside of the room so you can sit and enjoy some outdoor desert air.'

'This hotel has the wow-factor. The outside, the lobby, and the room! It’s all still completely in style. Our receptionist gave excellent advice about the scenic route to take to Gila, and other stuff to do in town. Would definitely recommend staying here. Shower is hot, pressure is good. Breakfast is basic but sufficient choice, and no problem to take it with you instead of eating there. '

'They need some quality control with their cleaning the refrigerator was left full of food and drinks. They also need to find more than one person that can take care of the breakfast there that way they don't have to just close breakfast because the one person didn't show up'

'We had no towels in the room or amenities when we got in the room. There was no one to help. The next day I went to the front desk to get the towels and amenities along with another key because our key quit working. And the lady at the desk got all upset like we were bothering her for these items. Terrible service'

'Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is well decorated, and the rooms are comfortable and well taken care of. The common area's (hallways, etc.) could use a bit more attention and better cleaning. We also had the unfortunate situation that a leak occurred in our room during our stay (water dripping from the ceiling into our bed). The staff however moved us into another room directly and offered free breakfast, great way to handle such a situation! Breakfast was very good.'
