'Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is well decorated, and the rooms are comfortable and well taken care of. The common area's (hallways, etc.) could use a bit more attention and better cleaning. We also had the unfortunate situation that a leak occurred in our room during our stay (water dripping from the ceiling into our bed). The staff however moved us into another room directly and offered free breakfast, great way to handle such a situation! Breakfast was very good.'

'This hotel has the wow-factor. The outside, the lobby, and the room! It’s all still completely in style. Our receptionist gave excellent advice about the scenic route to take to Gila, and other stuff to do in town. Would definitely recommend staying here. Shower is hot, pressure is good. Breakfast is basic but sufficient choice, and no problem to take it with you instead of eating there. '

'Our A/C window unit could not keep up to cool below 74 degrees. It was July and very hot we called the front desk about 1 hour into our stay to get assistance, after their technician attempted to trouble shoot they offered bringing us a fan, which we excepted. I woke up several times in the night due to being hot, and it never cooled below 74. Their hallways and elevators stayed hot and muggy. We chose this hotel due to it looking newly renovated, and it was in appearance, but if i had known...

'The staff was super nice. However the room wasn’t super clean. But we would stay again because it was a good resting point and was easy to find a room with out 2 service dogs. I try to still stay in pet friendly rooms because I know people have allergies and it sucks'
