Vind je ideale hotel in Zuidwest-New Mexico

'Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is well decorated, and the rooms are comfortable and well taken care of. The common area's (hallways, etc.) could use a bit more attention and better cleaning. We also had the unfortunate situation that a leak occurred in our room during our stay (water dripping from the ceiling into our bed). The staff however moved us into another room directly and offered free breakfast, great way to handle such a situation! Breakfast was very good.'

'This hotel has the wow-factor. The outside, the lobby, and the room! It’s all still completely in style. Our receptionist gave excellent advice about the scenic route to take to Gila, and other stuff to do in town. Would definitely recommend staying here. Shower is hot, pressure is good. Breakfast is basic but sufficient choice, and no problem to take it with you instead of eating there. '

'Although the staff was nice and the place was clean, it was basic things for breakfast. Too basic even if it was included. I get the idea of compostable items to save energy, but put money elsewhere to make it more valuable. Some doors kept getting stuck when entering or leaving. The coffee machines were out of order most of the trip and so was the pancake machine. Its the weekend, there were kids, at least have a back up. Especially since there wasn't much breakfast items to choose from. All in...

'The TV STOPPED WORKING each night, parking lot was horrible, had to leave a day early told the office the next day they texted asking what time we would be out so I know they didn't check us out even after we notified them. Would I stay there again never'
