'Mirror was dirty in bedroom. Sheets were wrinkled so didn’t seem clean. Didn’t take my shoes off to walk on carpet. Heating unit was loud. Couldn’t get any rest. For the price I will stay in Albert Lea. Only good thing is restaurant next door Farmers Daughter. Breakfast was a bust. Just took coffee. Second time here and the last time. I come through this way 2 round trips a year. '

'Horrible staff. Condescending and ignorant at the same time.. was left waiting for a member to come to the desk for over 20 minutes! After the 20 minutes I helped myself to the master key behind the desk to re-enter my room (pics for proof). I would never stay here again, and am honestly rethinking best western in general because of this experience. Also all digital amenities do not function (Netflix, on-demand, etc.) so be prepared for basic cable and a basic hotel.'

'Buyer Beware - They do NOT have a hot tub as advertised!!! It appears as though they had one at one point, but it has been tiled over. If you are looking for a pool and a hot tub, this is not the place to stay at. '

'The room is cery clean. The staff is exceptional. It is very pet friendly. They have doggie areas with bags provided. The parking is adequate. We parked out 20ft uhaul and hauler in the lot. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all.'
