'The property appears to be under new management, and we had a great experience during our stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and greeted my family right away. They were polite, attentive, and consistently checked in to see if we needed room cleaning or any extra amenities, which made us feel very welcomed. 'This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. '

'For being a near the airport hotel staff was surprisingly a stickler about 3pm check in. After driving through a blizzard in the wee hours of the morning, sitting in the airport with many delays and ultimately a cancelation of the flight, we were denied checking in at 2om! '

The staff was great at fixing my issues, but I took a refund and left after one night. When I arrived, the common area and the room was over 80 degrees. It took hours and several phone calls to work through the issue. I was moved to another room but the heat issue persisted. It wasn't until 3 am that the room finally got to 70 degrees. 'Friendly persons, clean room and a good breakfast. Very close to a busstop which I only can recommend. For $ 2.00 the bus drives you straight to the center and you just have to put the money in a box near the busdriver. It’s cheaper if you go by car(parking costs)'

'Very clean hotel, staff was very nice and accommodating. Store has items you would need if you can’t get to the store. The only down side is that there is no hot tub and the pool is pretty small. Luckily my kids were the only ones swimming during our stay so it went smooth. Over all I would recommend and I would definitely return.'
