'The apartment was spacious, bright, and stylish, with beautiful and comfortable furniture. Loved the snuggly throws in the living room. The location was great, right downtown but quiet, and this particular unit was facing the back. There was no view but plenty of windows and light and no street noise at all. And it was not right over the venue, which helped when there were events at weekends. Cody responded promptly to questions and request. We had a wonderful stay. Just wish some of the one...

'I have nothing really bad to say about the property; just surprised it was a basement apartment that had been reconfigured, not a first floor apartment. Doors were sawed off to fit shorter doorways, the bathroom and kitchens were extremely small and you had to duck in many areas or your head would hit the ceiling. Additionally, some basic supplies were lacking in the kitchen such as paper towels, oven pans, and some cooking utensils. Two frying pans were provided but had no covers to stop grease...

'Very small which was ok and expected. Chair in pictures (sitting chair for reading etc) was not there. Entrances were confusing. Back door seemed the most logical because that is where we parked. No number on it. And we didn’t see the front door (no number on it and it was not the same color as the front doors we could see). Almost fell going in back door. Be careful. Required to wash dishes (no dishwasher) and take out trash. We were there for college World Series. Good location for that. Air...

'This was the BEST stay on our 8 day road trip. The space is spotless and provides everything you need to keep it that way. Kat provides a lot of helpful information for exploring Omaha and the space itself. If we return to Omaha, my family would definitely stay again.'
