Villa's in Zuidoost-Oklahoma

'Unfortunately, my stay was very short all of five minutes. I would not recommend staying at this place. The bedding was filthy stained full of holes. The bathroom had hair in the tub and in the sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, and there was blood on the wall, I would not recommend staying there until they do some upgrades. The outside of the building looked fine. It looked like it was kept up but the inside of the building, unfortunately something to be desired.'

'The desk clerk was great! Very friendly young man. I went into my room, set my keys down, went outside to get my suitcase and locked myself out of the room. The clerk smiled and gladly gave me another key, assuring me that it was okay, it happens all the time.'

'It had some good, some not as good. Room was clean, bed was decent, good pressure in the shower and it was quiet. AC was slow to cool and kept it close to comfortable but that’s all it could manage. Coffee maker in the room, weak coffee and the condiments package had dried out sugar and creamer. No vending machines on the property that I saw. That being said, it was comfortable enough and the rate was very good.'

'Dirty, rundown, unacommdating with rude staff. Terrible! I will never stay there again. The toilet rocked back and forth. Lock was broken. Parts of the flooring missing. There were holes and stains in the sheets. Carpet in hallway was dirty and stained. Doesn't look like it has been swept in a long time. The staff was rude. The tubs look so bad, none of my group attempted to get a shower. No refund after seeing the place and the pictures when buying are misleading.'

'Simple, but clean and affordable. Suitable for a quick overnight stay. Pleasantly surprised by hard flooring, so no mystery stained carpet still releasing the odor of cigarette smoke from 1985. Linens were clean and beds reasonably comfortable. Bathroom was clean. I did see 2 or 3 bugs, but they were dead, which gave me comfort the place had recently been sprayed. I recently stayed in a St. Louis area H*lton that was in worse condition.'
