'Everything was satisfactory overall about the resort. I felt the food cost were inflated and drives most guest out for a more affordable family meal. The second issue is had were the wrinkles in all of the bed linen. The beds looked so un kept even after housekeeping cleaned our room.'

'When we very first arrived, there was a smooth check-in and we stayed in hotel Rome, which is connected to the waterpark. We proceeded to the hotel and could not find any bell carts one of the workers that was working. The arcade area gave us a phone number to call we then proceeded to call the hotel. They said they were gonna let the Publix people know to bring bill carts down. We then waited a half an hour. We could not lug all of our stuff in with three small children, and my fiancé proceeded...
