'Everything was great. The host is attentive when needed but if you plan to use the pool or gym facilities you will need to be let in by the host. Not a problem aslong as you give 30 minutes ahead of time you need to use it.'

'Terrible service and completely unprofessional handling of the situation. Another guest had the passcode to our apartment and was able to open the door while we were inside. This was a serious privacy and security issue. We felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, This is absolutely not the level of service or security we expected, and we are very disappointed with how the agency handled the situation.'

'three beds, 2 baths, kitchen with fridge and even a washing machine, great location with lots of convenience stores and eateries, great view, great price, the host was very friendly and happy to help. (The toilet in the main bathroom didn't flush well, but I'm sure they will have fixed that.)'
