« I was expecting a better experience. Overall the apartment is OK. The bathroom is one of the worse design I've ever seen, not functional at all. I was supposed to have access to a pool. It ended up I had to call 10 min in advance if I wanted to access it. I gave up. Make sure to ask all details during the check-in (building access, garbage, pool access, amenities). For sure the area is quiet and secure, with a couple of restaurants, Vincom center mall a block away, multiple convenient stores...

« We were very disappointed with our stay at D1Mension Residences. The photos on the booking website did not reflect the apartment we received. Ours was on the 3rd floor with a view of a construction site and a dirty alley. We traveled with our two children (4 and 7 years old) who were excited about the pool, but it was not accessible to non-residents — something that was never clearly stated. The host was unresponsive to my messages and only answered when my Vietnamese friend called directly....

« Je ne laisse pas souvent d’avis. Je suis arrivée avec ma fille de 7ans directement de l’aeroport vers 5h du matin. J’avais envoyé un message à l’etablissement pour prevenir de notre arrivée extrêmement tardive. « Terrible service and completely unprofessional handling of the situation. Another guest had the passcode to our apartment and was able to open the door while we were inside. This was a serious privacy and security issue. We felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, This is absolutely not the level of service or security we expected, and we are very disappointed with how the agency handled the situation. »

« Superbe appartement dans le quartier landmark avec vue magnifique sur la ville. Bien equipe j'ai ou cuisiner et faire une lessive. Propre et confortable. La salle de sport est tres bien pour s entraîner. L'hote est reactive par message et c'est montrée arrangeante. par contre la personne qui realise l'accueil est expéditive et pas très agreable, dommage. »
