'Confortable facilities and delicious food'

'We have stayed here a few times for a couple of nights, in different (located) rooms. It is a very pleasant hotel with nice and pretty rooms. With clear weather from the lakeside rooms great views of the volcanoes (e.g. Osorno). Very kind and helpful staff, especially the ladies at the reception desk. Perfect location: a few minutes walk from the center of Puerto Varas and the lake. 'Great lodge with friendly, helpful staff. Located in a small town with lots of dining options and close to the national park. I suggest you pre pay. They had us pay in chilean pesos, which resulted un a big tax that we could have avoided by pre paying in US dollars.'
