' There are 2 nice things about the resort, the view and the village behind. Unlike what you may think based on reviews and the price you have to pay for a stay, this is far away of being a 5 star resort. Our accommodation was old, service is ok, but not more. Employees are not trained for 5 star service. Food is mediocre. In general, the hotel sells an experience, but does not deliver. I cannot imagine that the management is not aware of the situation. 'Great location and staff that are doing their best. Staff badly does need training as they make a lot of mistakes. Our check in for instance was the worst ever and very unwelcoming. Private pools require maintenance and attract a lot of mosquitoes because of this. My credit card was not accepted (although the guest book states it is accepted) forcing us to use the ATM multiple times with all additional cost. '

'Het resort is net geopend en echt prachtig geworden. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd en het personeel doet er alles aan om je verblijf perfect te maken. Heerlijk eten, schone kamers en midden in de natuur. De hoofdweg ligt wat verder weg, maar met een bamboevlot ben je er zo. Een dikke 10!'

'Marvellous location, lovely quiet beach village away from the crowds at Chaweng/Lamai. No f+b yet but super restaurants in the village and a champion coffee place next door. Just the thing.'

'The main pool was closed, we didn’t know. For compensation they only offered 20% discount on food and beverages. When we wanted our money back, they refunded it to expedia. It can take up to 21(!) business day to refund our money. Realy bad service. We bookes another hotel because of this, big dissapointment!!'

'Room was beautiful and spacious. Loved the bathroom, the rainshower was great, double sinks made getting around an ease. The lighted mirror was helpful. Great amentities, the twice a day cleaning ensured you never needed anything The view was absolutely amazing. The pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable. Staff were very accommodating. '
