« Place is very outdated. Pictures make it look better than what it is. First the lobby is probably the only clean looking place there. The pool and hot tub were okay. Pool is very tiny and was overrun with kids who were literally jumping off the window ledges into the pool. I’m not against kids having fun cause I have 4 of my own, but there was 0 supervision or order to the pool area. There were also no towels and the hot tub jets wouldn’t turn on. « The room was very dirty, we came late so we just dealt with it, but the carpet wasn’t vacuumed, the hard floor had not been mopped or swept in a long time, and the tub was peeling paint badly. The air conditioning also didn’t stay on and we had to keep getting up through the night to turn it back on. »

« Excellent stay. My only real complaint was the complimentary breakfast. The OJ was watered down. It didn't taste good. The eggs were flavorless and soggy. And there wasn't enough seating. There wasn't an open table to sit when I ate breakfast. But other than that the stay was very good. Clean room, nice staff, plenty of parking. »

« Santa’s Lodge is straight out of your grandmas 80’s living room- and it also felt that way. The idea is cute, and the staff was very nice. The hotel rooms are very dated. We had a large millipede type bug come out of the shower drain when we turned that water on. The indoor pool area was simply gross. There were large puddles of water, trash, and poorly maintained furniture. The pool and hot tub were chipped and had rust and gross spots. We chose not to get in and enjoy that amenity due to the...

« The room had such a strange smell. It wasn't a cleaning smell it was a very strange smell. Also the cold water didn't work in the shower. So you turned on the hot water then turned it to cold and the water would only very slightly cool. Other than that the water was to hot. You had cold water in the sink but not in the shower. The room hasn't been up graded since the late 80s or so. I wasn't impressed with this place at all and wouldn't recommend. »
