As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave and dishwasher
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
In the first bedroom, you will find a King sized bed.
The second bedroom contains 2 small double beds


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet, bidet and sink and a shower located on the ground floor

The second bathroom is ensuite and has a toilet, bidet and sink. A bath and over bath shower

The lounge is large and bright with 2 doors to the balcony. The sofa also converts to a double bed.

Laundry room in the basement of the property with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. This is still undergoing renovation but perfectly safe to use.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside but allowed on the balcony.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. There is also additional free parking in the piazza close to the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
