'Clean spacious room and wonderful staff. '

'Ac unit on 4th floor caught on fire causing entire hotel to evacuate and stand outside for over an hour. Then some rooms were flooded but nobody was offered refunds or to switch to another hotel. It was unsafe and had electrical and wiring problems, outlets and lights flickered and/or simply didn't work from the moment we checked in PRIOR to the fire.'

'Filthy. I understand stuff being older and my expectations were low due to the price, but everything was filthy and gross. The staff weren’t rude, but weird and they dropped another deposit on me and then proceeded to bash Expedia and online booking and the people that use online booking before they handed me the key. I just wanted to sleep. Once I saw the room I went and got my sleeping bag because I didn’t want to catch herpes on this trip. May be a better idea to tear it down and rebuild it...

'Room needed stocked and the gym was a little broken down when lifting free weights from the bench. Very wobbly. '

'When I arrived I had to set in the parking lot for well over an hour waiting for a staff member to show up so I could check in. Then I get to my room to find an extremely outdated room that isn't fit for much more than an hourly rate motel. This is in fact a motel so I wasnt expecting anything great but this was beyond a bad experience this has all the makings of a stephen king novel. '

'When traveling late we got stopped in due to incoming weather and decided this was a good location to call it a night, the location is very convenient located close to interstate which was a huge plus when towing a trailer. We did have to wait at the front desk for about 15 minutes before anyone greeted us to check in would be the only complaint. The rooms were very spacious and clean, I just personally like the glass sliding bathroom doors when having to share rooms on work trips. Breakfast...

'Do NOT book a room here! This place somehow had a 6.8 rating and I wasted some of my Key Cash staying at this dump. The room they initially put us in had hair and flakes of something in the bed and on the pillows. A dirty towel was also left in the bathroom. The mini fridge didn't work and the temperature control knob was broken off. The TV also didn't work at all. It wouldn't even turn on. The electrical outlets were also hanging out of the wall and some didn't work. There was no ice available...

'It was just too loud on the first floor fairly close to the main lobby. It echoed when the employees would speak and then all the kids screaming out there super early'
