Sea Villas 1Km From The Beach, Stintino, Italy

The Sea Villas residence is a complex of villas arranged on a hill overlooking the sea and with a breathtaking view, located within the Country Paradise complex in Punta su Torrione, a few kilometers by car from Stintino.

In the immediate vicinity there are services such as bars, restaurants, market, pharmacy, ice cream parlor, ATM, launderette and shops (the opening of these services is at the discretion of private operators, usually from June to September).

The residential complex is located on a hill that plunges straight into the so-called \"sea outside\", the western part of Stintino. The coast of this land side is high and jagged and alternates with sandy and pebble coves. The nearby Le Saline beach, which overlooks the inland coast, more sheltered and characterized by sloping shallow waters, is only 3 km from the Sea Villas, while the famous La Pelosa beach is 10 km away. Therefore, the use of a car is recommended.

The complex consists of numerous semi-detached, multi-family or terraced villas and Villa 4 has a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom.


MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID LOCALLY AT CHECK-IN:

1) FINAL CLEANING: Cleaning of the kitchenette and disposal of waste are the responsibility of the guest. A penalty of €50 will be applied for failure to clean the kitchenette, and an additional €50 for failure to dispose of waste properly.

2) TOURIST TAX: to be paid on site,in cash, it is mandatory for the municipality of Stintino. The amount may vary depending on the period.

3) DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer).


TO KNOW:

1) Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – check-out by 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the structure otherwise the reception cannot be guaranteed and a supplement of € 50.00 will be requested.

2) It is specified that in this complex separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers.

3) The apartments are located in a residential context and the photos are explanatory.
