-Private driveway, best for up to 3 cars comfortably (garage reserved for owner use)

THE SPACE

Inside, you`ll find 6 bedrooms (2 King, 4 Queen, 1 Full plus a daybed sleeping space in the basement), 4 bathrooms stocked with quality bath products, two living rooms with Smart TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stainless steel remodel. Drip coffee, French press, and pour-over options are included.

OUTDOOR SPACE

The land here is really the star. Explore down to the creek and pond (great for fishing, not recommended for swimming), gather under the pavilion for a meal off the grill, or spend the evening at the fire pit with the string lights on. Please stay within the marked property boundaries and away from the equipment storage area on the northeast corner.

GOOD TO KNOW

• WiFi calling is recommended, cell service can be spotty in the valley
• One TV (basement) with Roku and a soundbar, plus a DVD player
• On septic, please keep kitchen scraps minimal and only flush toilet paper
• City water, safe to drink from the tap
• Wood floors throughout, please avoid standing water
• No smoking, no fireworks (we`re in city limits)
• Board games, kids` books, and an air hockey table for entertainment
• Checkout is 10:00 AM, key goes back in the lockbox

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have access to the full home and grounds except the garage and the equipment storage area.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking or Vaping Inside, NO PARTIES. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times- 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!

Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host.

There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the house during quiet hours.

For stays longer than two weeks, a quick mid-stay inspection is included so we can care well for the home and keep things in good shape for future guests. There is no charge unless additional cleaning is needed after the inspection, in which case the cleaning would be scheduled at the guest`s expense.
