Just steps away, you'll find Steamboat Ski Resort with fantastic ski runs everyone will love. Beginners can start off easy with runs like Stampede and Lil' Rodeo, while the more advanced skiers can shred runs like Headwall North and Vogue. There is plenty of hiking close by at places like Sanctuary Trail, Fetcher Pond, and Yampa River Core Trail. Consider a little afternoon fishing at Fetcher Pond, less than two miles away.

You'll have easy access to the free city bus route, common area coin-operated laundry facilities, elevators, and complimentary garage parking. You'll love spending your ski vacation on the mountain slopes and sightseeing the village with friends and family. Take advantage of the shared pool and hot tub, then come home to kick back in the spacious living area. Start a fire in the gas fireplace to warm the room while you prepare a sumptuous meal in the full kitchen. The private balcony has spectacular views, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. When it's time to wrap up the night, the bedrooms have TVs, and one has an en suite bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
