The Cougar Mountain residence at One Steamboat Place offers ultimate slopeside access and luxurious accommodations with easy access to the gondola. With fabulous views and beautifully appointed furnishing, this home is a treat for two or three families or up to four couples.

Cougar Mountain features a large living area with expanded valley views through the large panoramic windows. Its open floor plan connects the living and dining areas to the kitchen for plenty of room for the entire group to gather.

This One Steamboat Place residence is designed for entertaining. A professionally equipped kitchen has everything you need, including Viking appliances, and will delight the chefs in your group. You can grill outside on the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck. There is seating for 10 at the dining table and room to seat more at the kitchen island.

The home features rich colors, natural textures, and sumptuous fabrics throughout. The primary bedroom has a gas fireplace and the attached bath features a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. A large guest room also has a king bed with an ensuite bath. The third bedroom offers a queen bed with three twin beds, and the fourth features a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a private bath.

Please note: One Steamboat Place requires the names and ages of all guests staying in the residence. This information needs to be provided prior to arrival.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES
Enjoy all the Timbers Resorts signature touches throughout One Steamboat Place, including exquisite gathering areas and one of the most beautiful day spas in the West. One Steamboat Place also has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, motion studio, pool and hot tubs, family game room including a new Skee-ball machine, and a Little Tykes playroom for the younger kids. With complimentary continental breakfast, après ski, and on-call local shuttle, the private residences at One Steamboat Place have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat.

Guest staying at One Steamboat Place also enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.

SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.

Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. One Steamboat place is gorgeous with all the amenities associated with a high end property. Next to 3 gondolas and steps from restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend and will stay here again with my family!
