'We had a great stay at hotel Baia. We were able to get discounted beach chairs/umbrellas through the hotel for our stay and enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the mornings. The hotel is right in front of the beach and steps away from the train station. The room was cleaned well daily and was all we needed. The staff were nice and friendly. We would stay here again!'

'Kamer 12 bevindt zich op het 3de verdiep, er zijn geen liften! Deze kamer ligt aan de tuinkant dus kalm. Badkamer is redelijk klein maar proper. Ruime keuze voor het ontbijt je kan eveneens Parmaham en kaas eten! Het hotel bevindt zich in het centrum. Opgepast: er zijn trappen om naar het hotel te gaan. Mooie kleine tuin waar je eveneens kunt ontbijten indien het weer het toelaat.'

'Great location next the downtown area of Vernazza but off the street and minimal walking to access the accommodation. The stairs down from the loft bedroom is steep in case you have mobility issues. The sofa bed is within comfortability expectations. They very generously provided a welcome bottle of proseco and the studio had coffee and tea, pastries and biscuits. Perfect for our one night stay. '

'Wonderful location with views. Perfect for a couple. Small but quaint and the view of the harbour cannot be beaten. Found this convenient to the village and would definitely use as a base again for Cinque Terre. There are a number of stairs which you should be aware of if that is a problem for you but otherwise we enjoyed. Bathroom is very small like others have commented and water does get on floor but we didn’t mind as the pros definitely outweighed the cons. Would definitely stay in this...

'We booked this very last minute because we decided at the last minute to visit Cinque Terre so I didn’t read too much about what it looked like. 1. The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. Besides that, the view is beautiful and the rooms have exactly what we needed…comfy bed and clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff was also extremely kind and nice. I’d...

'We loved everything about this property, except on arrival carrying our over-packed luggage up 5 flights of stairs. But the staff at Cinque Terre Riviera were wonderful to work with and we enjoyed everything else about this property and our time in Cinque Terre.
