'Didn't receive check in instructions prior to our arrival. There were standard check in instructions advising that if you arrive early you can leave your luggage, however no details were provided. Contacted Expedia and they couldn't get hold of the host prior, 3 different agents tried in addition to the messages I sent on the Expedia platform.
