« It was a very clean building and a beautiful, comfortable, nice sized apartment. We were supplied with a Kuerig brewer and pods. Laundry and dishwashing detergent was supplied. A 10 minute walk to Whole Foods and a few good restaurants nearby. The Broad Street Station was an 8 minute walk with frequent service to NY Penn Station. We.will definitely stay here in the future. »

« Upon arrival we noted that the property exterior was littered with trash and broken glass. It was also noted that there was nowhere to park your car except on the street. Property interior did not resemble the pictures that were posted online (compare what we saw with what is online). The neighborhood was sketchy, slum like and did not feel safe. We didn’t feel safe nor were the accommodations even marginally acceptable. »
