« The communication team was on point. Any issue we had it was promptly resolved. We appreciate the way Bob people were available anytime of day and night! I booked it for my 81 year old mom and it was a bit tricky for her to actually find the entrance, she says. Also, this place has contact less check in. One gets in and out with a code. « Excellent séjour à Sato HotelHome, très bien situé, très calme, au bord de la rivière pour les ballades. Cuisine nickel et fonctionnelle, salon spacieux et confortable avec TV et chambres pour 4 personnes séparées pour la discrétion. »

« L'appartement est situé dans une zone résidentielle, mais poche du centre ville dans un bâtiment classique, sans aucun représentant du service. Le code d'entrée et de Wi-Fi sont envoyés pr e-mail le jour d'arrivée. L'appartement a été spacieux et propre. »

« Récupération des clés tres facile : il suffit de suivre les instructions. Appartement tres fonctionnel et lumineux dans un quartier tres calme et tres proche de la gare (1km). Le lave vaisselle et le lave linge sont tres appréciables. Par contre la vaisselle disponible nest pas suffisante pour 3 personnes : permet de faire uniquement 2 repas avec. Les plaques de cuisson ne sont pas assez puissantes.( nous faisions chauffer leau des pates dans la bouilloire avant de mettre la casserole dessus) et...

Il fait très chaude dans le logement malgré un ventilateur et une petite climatisation ; pas de volet aux 8 fenêtres donc forte luminosité le matin; avons eu un problème de code de la porte tardivement le soir ( code non effectif sans raison) : obligation de téléphoner en anglais ; réponse pas forcement rapide »

« Prima appartement. Zeer duidelijke check-inn and chrck-out. Parkeerplaats is in nabij gelegen parkeergarage, toegang hiertoe is inbegrepen. Erg handig (ook omdat je dan niet hoeft te je ruiten hoeft te ontdoen van sneeuw). »

« The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. We have eaten out every day because of it. Also the temperature in the appartement was hot, the airconditioning / thermostate did not work. »

« We had a difficult time finding the address; that was probably on us. Once we found it, we loved it so much! We were right in the middle of the transportation hub, but far enough away that there was no noise from it. They were doing construction work in the park behind us, but when it's not under construction, it's probably a stunning park. Would go out of my way to stay there again. »
