'Hotel Alpenhof is an excellent small alpine hotel. Our room was lovely, had a great view to the mountains, nice balcony and excellent beds. The hotel staff was most welcoming and friendly and went the extra mile to make us and our small dog feel comfortable during our whole stay. Thank you'

'Rooms were clean except for cigarettes in ashtray when we went to our room . Elevator smelled of sulphur. As to Sauna, we are rather sad that it was naked only. We are 2 prudish people and not comfortable around nude people, so couldnt use it. Breakfast was average..Oh and we would have liked a little more complimentary Proseco.."Free minibar was a disappointment had a coupple of beers and apple juice Now all the good . 'Our stay at Alpinhotel Bort was excellent. We enjoyed it. It was a great choice to combine with our stay in Bern city, and extended it to Bort, Grindelwald. We were lucky with the weather, sunshine the whole 3 days since we reached Grindelwald. The view from the hotel is such a splendor!'

'Alles zeer dicht op wandel afstand. Wij hadden de "Chic" maar waarom dit Chic is, ....weet ik niet. Een gewone kamer met minimale voorzieining. Geen airco, geen frigo, geen kluis, beperkte ruimte, inloop douche zonder privacy etc... m.a.w. te duur voor wat het is.'

'Excellent location, close to the chair lift and cable cars, across the street from a grocery store and right next to a ski rental shop. It is on Main Street and a little loud in the evening, but it was usually quiet after 9pm. It’s very clean and comfortable, staff is helpful. In Murren everything seems to close at 6pm, except hotel restaurants. '

'The hotel is nice, just a street from the tourist information office on a hill with good parking. They are very friendly and good food at night. We had a very nice room. Don't miss out on the coffee shop in the middle of town where you can book basejumping and rafting etc: really good food and drinks. '

'Erg oud pand, maar dat is de charme. Ontbijt was lekker maar personeel leek te weinig man te hebben om de honger van de gasten aan te kunnen. Er waren allerlei dingen steeds op. De sauna en stoombad waren lekker. De gratis High tea elke dag met cake was erg aardig.'
