'The one better one and a half was very large. I’d say over 1000 ft.². I didn’t realize it till later, but there’s a gym, a pool and a sauna which you have the ability to use also. Great location great security perfect.'

'The apartment is nicely laid out over two floors plus a great rooftop deck. Bonus: there’s a powder room on the main floor as well as full bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. The building is charming, with a lovely cafe on the ground floor. The two flights of stairs (no elevator) might be too much for anyone with mobility issues. The only suggestion would be to have the TV in the living room rather than the bedroom, but maybe that’s personal preference. Excellent value for...
