'This was the best location. Walking distance to the train station and many more things. Food options and 7/11 literally around the corner. Very quiet and so safe. You feel at home. The place was clean and very cozy. The host was very responsive. I needed to extend my last day for a couple hours and they were very helpful with that. '

'The property is convenience in the center of the city. The shelves were dusty; floor was dirty too. Overall is not as clean as we have expected. The apartment is located to several night clubs, which is not a quite place. One of the night clubs has a last show starts 3:30 am, ends around 4 am. It's not a good experience if you're a light sleeper. '

'It was my first time visiting Tokyo with my family and staying at Rooms was one of my best choices! Host was very helpful with our inquiries, very responsive and exceptionally friendly and considerate. I would rate our stay 5 stars for the fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate bathrooms, washing machine and comfortable beds! The location was amazing with so many good restaurants nearby and train stations are within 10 mins walking distance. The next time we come back to Tokyo, I will certainly stay...
