Appartementen in Laurier Station

'The space had all of the amenities you would expect, but unfortunately not everything was maintained/available as you’d expect. The biggest issue was that the WiFi didn’t work for 90% of our trip, which was a big issue for those of us without data to fall back on. The bathrooms weren’t clean when we arrived and there was a hole in the ceiling that dripped water and formed a puddle outside of one of the bathrooms. The walls were also very thin so we could hear the other guests very easily, but...

'L’endroit est spacieux mais un ménage de fond s’impose. Nous avons nettoyé le plancher et ramassé un porte poussière rempli de saleté. Nous avons nettoyé-désinfecté l’évier de la cuisine qui avait des endroits gluants. La hot de la cuisinière était graisseuse et sale, les tapis dans les chambres étaient sales, les housses de chaises de salle à manger étaient très sales, la porte du frigo était sale, de même que plusieurs recoins du loft.'

'Absolutely no value and atmosphere near property is below average'

'My wife and I just spent two days and three nights here, and we had a very good time. The good: the location was exactly what we wanted (we know Montreal a bit), and the neighborhood is full of interesting places, and access to the rest of the city is great from here. The apartment gave us a feeling of having our own home for a few days, and it was great having a parking spot too. But there were a lot of maybe's, at the same time. Here are some that struck us; and I know everyone is different....

'This property is actually a dingy basement apartment. The photos are not from the apartment. The price listed was deceiving - once the fees were added in it was twice the price, which I unfortunately did not notice until I was charged, and the booking could not be refunded. It was truly the worst experience I've had on Expedia. The location was good, but everything else was a sham.'

'Very clean and well supplied. Lots of room and excellent location. It is on the second floor with steep stairs so not a good fit for elderly or disabled. I would definitely go back.'

'Wonderful hosts. Wonderful apartment. Wonderful neighborhood. Wonderful city.'

'We absolutely loved our stay! Our only note was that we felt the couch and bed were quite stiff and uncomfortable. A better mattress/pillows and a larger/more comfortable couch would have made spending downtime in the apartment more enjoyable.'

'Our group of 6 had a great stay here. Perfectly located on Ave. Mont-Royal and close to metro and many great restaurants.'

'Great stay. Clean and great location.'

'Super clean, great space in a great part of town. Hosts were responsive, not that I had any issues. Place is in a great part of town. Definitely would stay again. Actually I am already book to visit again. Thank you!'
