'great location'

'The hotel is located at Calle El Conde, the main street. That means you're close to everything (restaurants,bars,...).At 100 m there's even a supermarket ! Our room had a balcony which is very nice to watch people passing by. It also had a kitchenette fully equipped (that we did not use). The room was cleaned every day. The bed was good. The shower was excellent,as well as the airco. Omar and the girl at the reception (forgot her name)were very friendly and helpful ! The only thing that could...

'Muy céntrico, limpio y muy independiente'

'Love this little place. Very clean. Modern. Location was great with lots of places within walking distance. Little problem w hot water. Owner came right away. Hot shower still not too good. Hey! It’s DR :) I would definitely stay there again'

'Booked property through expedia got to the property and wasn't able to get in host said she took it off expedia and i had to booked another property while out there..expedia didnt refund my money'

'Great place to stay if you want to save money and still be close to all the conveniences you need such as restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, banks and a safe neighborhood.'

'First off, we didn’t have working batteries in the garage remote. When I reached out, I never got an answer. I reserved for 11, got 8 towels. I had to share towels. That was not necessary. Futon bed was broken. I had to share a bed with all my kids. That’s 5 in one. Not a very comfortable night. They couldn’t sleep in the living room cause the AC was not working in that area. Cleanliness could be 100% better. Went into the laundry room and there were alcohol bottles in the machines. I guess they...

'This was a great stay, the property is greatly located and communication was fantastic with the host. The fact that there is parking was the main reason why we picked it and it was just as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.'

'The apartment was nice and cozy. We felt safe and secure while staying there the nights we were there. The parking was convenient and the hosts’ communication was top tier. I would recommend this location as well.'

'I had a pleasant stay. '

'It was a wonderful, comfortable and quiet experience. The full kitchen made it easy for us to cook. Air conditioning was percent working and the WiFi was fast enough for me to remotely work. The communication with the host was excellent. Security was very good and the front desk was helpful. Thanks for the opportunity. '

'La primera noche en la propiedad, el aire de una de las habitaciones empezó a tirar agua, mojó la cama y hizo charcos en la habitación, apagamos el aire acondicionado por qué no teníamos otra opción. Falta mantenimiento y atención por parte del anfitrión.'

'El desayuno deberian extenderlo un poco más de tiempo '

'The staff is amazing. The receptionist Silvia was a sweetheart and her colleagues are also amazing. Regatta living 2 was my home away from home. I can’t wait to stay here again !'
