'We liked the house. If you like a very busy nightlife, it is within walking distance. The parking is not ideal but it worked out. You might have to park a block or 2 away. Road in front of the house is very congested, with only one vehicle able to drive at a time (but 2 way traffic). We got stuck twice (amazon truck and second time a Waymo), and had to go in reverse and turn around. Only issue with the kitchen was we had bought cookie dough and there was not a cookie sheet.
