The Space:

Inside, a dramatic wall of windows floods the open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area with natural light and frames the mountain and treetop views beyond. The bright kitchen features light wood cabinetry and a drip coffee maker, while the dining table seats 8 with additional counter seating for 3 - plenty of room for everyone to gather. Outside, the multi-level deck and patio offer a grill and bistro dining table for al fresco meals, while the lower patio provides comfortable seating to take in the surroundings at a slower pace. A spacious yard rounds out the outdoor space, giving the whole group room to spread out and enjoy everything the setting has to offer.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests across 5 bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen bed and a sofa.



Bedroom #2 includes a king bed, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity & walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a king bed.



Bedroom #4 includes two twin beds and deck access.



Bedroom #5 includes a full-size bed.



This home also includes three additional full guest bathrooms - two on the upper level, each with a single vanity and shower/tub combo, and one on the lower level with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Guest parking includes a 1-car garage and driveway space for 4 additional vehicles (5 total); a parking pass must be displayed on the dashboard unless parked in the garage.

• A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

• This home is equipped with 1 external security camera, located on the bannister in the front area and monitoring the parking & entry areas.
