Located in the picturesque village of Seline, near Starigrad-Paklenica, at the foot of the majestic Velebit mountain and close to the crystal-clear sea, Villa Cvita is the perfect choice for those seeking a holiday in a modern and comfortable setting. This newly built, contemporary villa offers 270 m2 of indoor space and 500 m2 of outdoor area, accommodating 8 guests optimally, and up to 9 maximum, providing an ideal balance of privacy and comfort.

On the ground floor, you'll find a stylishly furnished, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, that will inspire you to prepare local delicacies. Adjacent to it is a spacious dining room with a large table for shared meals, and a cozy living room ideal for relaxing with your favorite movie, a good book, or PlayStation entertainment. The living room also features a sofa bed for one person (140x260 cm). There is also a separate toilet on this floor.

Upstairs, there are four airy bedrooms with king-size beds (180x200 cm), each with its own private bathroom with a shower and air conditioning, smart TV, and exit on the terrace. A baby cot is available upon request to ensure comfort for your little ones.

The villa’s outdoor area boasts a heated saltwater pool of 32 m2 (4x8 m, 1.5 m deep), perfect for all-day refreshment and relaxation. An outdoor shower and 8 sun loungers surround the pool for your full enjoyment. A covered wood-fired grill is also available for preparing delicious meals outdoors.

Villa Cvita is fully fenced, with private parking for up to five cars – two inside the courtyard and three in front. Pets are welcome with prior notice. A stay with up to two pets is possible at an additional cost: 10 euro per day for a small dog up to 5 kg and 20 euro per day for a large dog over 5 kg.
