« I had a lovely overnight stay in the wel presented Willow Lodge. The room was immaculate and had some lovely touches from the owners. The location is stunning, you will not be disappointed. Slightly disappointing for me was the price for the electric vehicle charging. But would not be put off booking again.. »

« De passage à Burton pour le Bloodstock Festival nous en avons profité pour rester une semaine autour de la Trent. Cet hotel est le pied à terre idéal, propre, calme, pas cher et bon service. Et le Bloodstock est desservi par un service de limo pour 13 £ le trajet, bonne formule. »

« The room was spacious and clean but the air con didn’t work and the room was 27 degrees all night. There was basically no staff on hand and the ones that were there were overworked and not available for the most part. The meal in the evening was almost inedible the £30 steak was all gristle and I ordered a cheesy garlic bread which I came as a normal one, when I mentioned it to the waiter they didn’t do anything. « Original old rooms but full of character. Comfortable bed, tea and coffee. Lovely river view with outside tables and chairs. Had dinner and breakfast which were very good. Ample parking »

« The room was clean, good size with everything you need. Dog friendly rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant was excellent with good food, reasonably priced so we had breakfast, lunch and an evening meal there. Very popular but still really quiet at night. Definitely stay again. Being really picky, there was some superficial updates needed. The TV was basic and small. No plug sockets by the bed. Personally I did not like having my towels folded up and placed back in the bathroom....

« Pleasant hotel with clean and quiet rooms and plenty of outside parking. Breakfast is good but service is very slow (a mix of a small buffet and table service). Overall, a good place to stay. »
