When we recently moved from the city, we wanted a balance of walkability with the comfort of the suburbs...and this house checks those boxes! In 10 minutes, you can walk to 3 parks, coffee, delicious pizza / Italian, deli, church, and the train station. The beach is a 20 minute walk down a beautiful treelined street, with sidewalks the whole way. The backyard is flat and fully fenced in, so perfect for little kids to get all their energy out. Enjoy dinner or cocktails on the back deck, overlooking Baker Park. We also have a Solo Stove for any evening fires / smore nights. All our patio furniture is brand new! We love our neighborhood and the surrounding area! Being close to 95 gives you access to Greenwich, Stamford, Norwalk, Westport, and New Canaan in minutes. Fairfield county and New Haven have so much to explore!

The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 on the second floor and one in our fully finished attic The second floor has a king sized bed, kid bunk beds, and a toddler crib in the 3 rooms. Downstairs also has a pull out couch if needed.

Our attic has a full sized bed, which also includes a Peloton Bike+ - feel free to use our accounts so Peloton thinks we are still on our game ;) It is also where I have been working from home very comfortably - so you are all set if your boss needs you.

Kitchen has been recently updated and we have a Sonos One and Sonos Move to keep the positive summer vibes going. We have a great playroom in the basement, with an extra TV so the kids can have fun close by, with all the mess out of sight.
