« We had to change rooms as the air conditioning wasn't working; in the next room, it took a long time to get it working… there was a lot of noise at night because of the trains under the window… breakfast lacked quality products: no fruit juice, no yogurt, no cookies… just a small amount of cornflakes… »

« The room was ok I think they can improve in the cleaning, staff very nice and friendly, breakfast was good, parking good. »

« The bed was very clean. No bugs in room. Door does lock. Fridge and microwave present however did not verify if it works. However the shower was moldy, and the noise coming off of the highway is very loud. The room is spacious but dated. Works great for a few hours of sleep. Never mind the sign in the lobby lol 😂. Basically says “stay your own risk”. »

« It is just BEST hotel to stay at in Ruidoso, New Mexico. So clean and private. Staff goes over and beyond!! I will be back!! »

« Superbe chambre, très propre, très spacieuse et joliment decorée. Hôtel très sympa. Nous n'avions que 2 serviettes pour 4 et c'était tres faible en papier toilette. Nous n'en avions plus dès le soir et pas un rouleau d'avance. Nius avons dû utiliser des mouchoirs. »

« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« Fine for the most part. The bed was way too hard for our taste so we didn’t get much sleep. I found out the next day that if we would have shown our room key card at Texas Roadhouse we would have gotten 20% off. That should have been mentioned at check-in. That cost us $27. »

« The room was okay with a comfortable bed. Had an elevator to go the 2nd or 3rd floor but it was hot. Everything was okay but the only thing I didn't like was that I had to park a lil far from my room but I actually was able to park right by the elevator. I also liked that the property shared a parking lot with Denny's so dinner was very easy to get. Very easy check in and check out. »

« Staff was great. Old, run down, under construction. Several areas closed off including the pool, hotel entrance, etc... Lots of extra walking due to these areas being roped off. I wouldn't have minded this if I was forewarned. »
