'It’s was a very nice experience '

'We have had a wonderful stay at Ghaya Grand Hotel. Everthings perfect, staff friendly and helpful, especially thanks to Akankshe in the frontdesk for the room upgrade, breakfast has plenty of food. Hotel has a free specious car parking. A big heated swimming pool. Rooms are huge and clean. Very recommended for family. '

'We stayed 8 days. the hotel was very neat, I had the deluxe room. room was very spacious and bathroom had a shower and bath. cleaning was done daily and also in the afternoon/evening as a 2nd service a check was done if anything was needed. hotel had 24/7 security and reception. from the hotel you could easily reach other places. we had taken breakfast and this was also diverse and well organized.'

'Check in and check out experience was extremely poor. The accommodation was excellent although issue with shower that wasn’t fixed despite me notifying them on day 1. Getting my cash deposit back was ridiculous, I notified them in plenty of time that I’d be checking out/leaving at 9am but they made no effort to return the money until I threatened to complain.'
